Pirates Whip Mayfield 10-6 In Last Game
Owensboro won the odd game of the three game series with Mayfield this afternoon, 10 to 6 in another loosely played contest. Mayfield used three pitchers and the visitors two. Henry, visiting shortstop, hit a home run in the fourth with none on.
Mayfield goes to Hopkinsville tomorrow for a three games series, series, returning home to entertain the same club Friday and Saturday.
